RIVERSIDE, California ? Two people were trapped inside their vehicle after an auto accident on Sunday evening in Moreno Valley, according to Riverside Fire Department reports.
Riverside County Fire Fighters responded to a call Sunday evening that a vehicle had derailed off-road approx. 300 ft. down in a canyon off of Gilman Springs Road, south of Alessandro Blvd. Two people were trapped inside their derailed vehicle. Both patients were hiked out in stokes baskets with the assistance of an RSO Copter, thereafter paramedic ambulances transported the injures persons to an area hospital, with injuries ranging from critical to moderate.
