The below video shows off the improvements made in the upcoming installment of the Total War franchise, Total War: Rome II. The first improvement that you will notice is the impressive large scale of the environments and battles that you will encounter during gameplay. The video also showcases the large amount of work that went into bringing the city of Carthage to life. You will now also be able to control forty units during combat, which might make it a bit difficult to maintain strategic placement and maneuvering of forces, but the inclusion of the tactical overview will help keep an eye on all of your units. Total War: Rome II is set to be released sometime in 2013.
